KWeather obtains the sunrise/sunset times as part of the weather report from
the weather service provider, it doesn't calculate it.  We're planning on
adding some astronomical functions to kdelibs in KDE4.3 to allow us to support
astronomical calendars and holidays, so this would be another use for those. 
However, we would also then need to know what location to calculate the
sunrise/sunset for, but I have some ideas about that too.
