This bug is still valid in kde-4.1.3 (Arch Linux). However, deleting
.kde4/share/config/kresources/calendar did indeed solve the problem. It deletes
all duplicate entries nicely.

The strange thing is though, that the file is recreated after a restart. I
guess the values have changed then. It seems to me the file gets somehow
corrupted when created the first time.
