This Thunderbird extension might help find the Shabbat times (and Parasha) online:

Additionally, here are some other resources that might help:

If non of these are practical, then let me know and I'll try to find something else. If need be, I can host an RSS feed on my personal website with the Shabbat times and Parasha.
