When I choose 3:45 pm for start time, 3:50 should be enough for Korganizer to figure out the end time. To add insult, it rejected 3:50pm; it won't accept it without the space.

The program should accept short forms and default to business hours. 11 means 11:00 am, since it would be rare to schedule something for 11:00 pm.
