Yes, my timezone under Configure KOrg->Time&Date is America / Toronto.

I am running Ubuntu 6.06 Long Term Support and that is the newest version in the repository. I would like to be newer, but would have to upgrade my whole system, and I'm not ready to do that. Sorry!
