Great that you ask! The holiday format is documented at:
http://pim.kde.org/components/korganizer/holidays.php

Simply create your own file in ~/.kde/share/apps/libkholiday/ for testing (If 
you change the file, you will need to restart koganizer, otherwise korganizer 
will not reload the file), and when you are finished, just send it to us 
(attach it to this report).
