Summary: allow editing of organizer identity
           Product: korganizer
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: unspecified
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: korganizer-devel kde org
        ReportedBy: palmem comcast net

Version: (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Compiler: gcc-4.1.2 CFLAGS="-O2 -pipe -march=athlon64 -msse3"
OS: Linux

I frequently want to create an event in my addressbook which I do not organize, but I still want to store the list of people who are attending.

In the "Attendees" tab of the "Edit Event" dialog, I cannot edit the "Identity as organizer:", just choose from a list (all of which are my own identities).

It would be perfect if the drop-down menu was replaced with a text field (the same as the "Name:" field slightly below it) that defaults to my identity. If the developers feel this feature would be too underused and cause confusion, could they at least add a small edit button (ie, to the right of the drop-down menu).

My current solution is to hand-edit the vcalender file, which is kind of a pain.
