[kopete-bugs] [Bug 228527] Activating the option "Animate on message with open chat" doesn't work like it used to in 4.3.4. Kopete's system tray icon doesn't animate anymore upon receiving new messages on open, unfocused/minimized chat windows.

works for me now, since update to 4.6.2 

note for anybody who also stumbled upon this: dont forget to re-enable the
message queue instead of choosing the option "open messages instantly".
