Ok, run commands (and send output):
$ qdbus com.Skype.API /com/Skype com.Skype.API.Invoke "PING"
$ qdbus com.Skype.API /com/Skype com.Skype.API.Invoke "NAME Test"
$ qdbus com.Skype.API /com/Skype com.Skype.API.Invoke "NAME Kopete"

Skype will ask you question for NAME command.
