Kopete's notification configuration file

I use the same version (1.0.80). Probably your
$KDEDIR/share/apps/kopete/kopete.notifyrc is missing that information. Try
using the attached one, you must copy it to that same location
($KDEDIR/share/apps/kopete/kopete.notifyrc). Usually $KDEDIR is /usr or
/opt/kde4.
