Configuration for incomming message

a) I do not know, I have used colibri before. When I do such tests I tend to be
pragmatic, I configure KDE to the configuration I want to test and logout and
login.

b) The attached file is the configuration for incomming message you need to
configure. Is yours like that? The "Show a message in a popup" must the
unchecked.
