If you close a chat window and you just received a message, you get a nice
notification that you may miss something. When closing the conversation with a
file progress pending (i.e you have not yet accepted/declined) there is no such
notification and the thing is just cancelled. (I don‘t know if a running
transfer is cancelled once you close the window) There should be a similar
message saying “Hey! You missed a file
