I have to either set each account to online via the systray or open the kopete
window to use one of the global status changers there.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start kopete minimized in offline mode with some accounts setup.
Go to the systray icon and right click.
Go to the Set Status menu option.

Actual Results:  
The Set Status menu is empty.

Expected Results:  
That the Set Status menu would display all status options.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-6-generic
