I cannot add a new contact either through the Add Contact button nor the
File->Add Contact process.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Click on add button or file menu choice.

Actual Results:  
Nothing.

Expected Results:  
Opened Add Contact wizard.

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.33.7-desktop586-2mnb
Compiler: gcc
