this is with KDE 4.6.5 (not available in the dropdown).

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. run out of disk space.
2. try to use Kopete.

Actual Results:  
Kopete is totally unresponsive.

Expected Results:  
either Kopete keeps working as normal, or it shows an error message describing
what features are unavailable while disk space is low.
