Kopete is trying to fetch a file http://kopete.kde.org/oscarversions.xml (which
contains the current version?) but it cannot do this due to “Socket operation
timed out” and in IRC they say the servers are down to maintenance.
So, when the servers are back online it hopefully will work again :)
