When adding a account on small screens, e.g. netbooks, the bottom-buttons, like
next or finish, are not visible and no scrollbar is shown. This makes it
extremely difficult to configure your accounts

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have a small screen (like a 10-inch netbook)
2. try to add a random account
