Hi all,

I'm french and there's a glitch in Kopete that has been annoying me for a long
time :
In french we often end words with (e) to allow for cross gender sentences
because feminine adjective end with -e and masculine don't.

The system message for away is : "xxxx is absent(e)"
and the (e) renders as the e-mail emoticon which is quite ugly...

Wouldn't it be better if system message were emoticon free to avoid this ?

Reproducible: Always

Actual Results:
System messages garbled with emoticons in french...

Expected Results:
No emoticons in system messages
