If I drag a contact towards the top of bottom of the contact list window, to
merge it with another one into a meta-contact, the list does not scrolls, so I
can not merge them if they are far apart.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Have a big contact list so it needs a scroll bar, then click and hold on a
contact and try to drop it on anoter contact above or below the visible area.

Actual Results:  
You will not reach the other contact because the list does not scroll.

Expected Results:  
The list scrolls so you can reach the far away contact.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.35-24-generic
