Bug still not fixed. Giant avatar (~4000x4000 pix) can cause
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12309 .
A have a contact (his client - tkabber trunk version), with giant avatar -
popup window takes a lot of RAM (150-200 mb) and freezes the system.
Another contact has giant avatar too (his client pidgin 2.7.7) - popup window
is ok, avatar is resized to 60x60 or something.
