Kopete still depends on hal to recognise webcams. On system that only depend on
udev, webcams are, therefore impossible to use.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just start any hal-less system and run kopete. The webcam is not available.


Expected Results:  
The webcam should be automatically recognised and configured for use with
kopete.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37-11-generic
