Summary: Wrong encoding in ICQ Away message
           Product: kopete
           Version: 1.0.80
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: ICQ and AIM Plugins
        AssignedTo: kopete-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: clemens-john at gmx.de

Version: 1.0.80 (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

If I set an away message for my ICQ Account in Kopete, then my chat partner
(using windows Vista with the original ICQ client) does not see the message
corectly.

For example if I write the german word "süßen" in the away message, than my
chat partner gets "sA1/4AYen".

I think that´s an encoding problem betwen linux/windows or kopete/original icq
client.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Set an away message with umlauts like "äöüß" on your linux machine in your icq
account in kopete and look how the message looks like on the windows vista
machine with the original icq client of your chat partner.
