Version:           1.0.80 (using KDE 4.7.0) 
OS:                Linux

Incoming file transfers in ICQ do not work. If somebody sends me a file, I am
able to accept it, but the transfer itself just won't start.
Outgoing file transfers work perfectly well though.
Using the AOL-Proxy for file transfers doesn't work at all (neither incoming
nor outgoing file transfers)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Let sb send you a random file via ICQ. Accept the file.

Actual Results:  
The file transfer does not start.

Expected Results:  
The file should have been transferred to me.
