I didn't mean to say that it definitely has to be tied to the screensaver.  It
would be sufficient to be linked to Kopete's auto-away state.  The screensaver
is not a good choice of indicator anyway, as presumably some people will
disable the screensaver, but might still walk away from the computer.

I think it has to be: noises when kopete thinks I'm "away".
