If current protocol doesn't support send to offline, then kopete behaves
strangely.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open chat window with buddy which uses protokol that doesn't support offline
sending.
2. Go offline for that protocol (for me it occurs periodically because of
unstable wifi network)
3. Send message to the buddy.

Actual Results:  
4a. Message is not delivered.
5a. Kopete displayes alert box.
6a. Message is removed from chat message text box.

Expected Results:  
4a. Message is not delivered.
5a. Kopete displayes alert box.
6a. Message is *NOT* removed from chat message text box.

Also, I can access this message, when I press ctrl+up, but I think, that kopete
shouldn't remove entered text from edit box if it can't send message.

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.35-ARCH
