Skype for Linux now allows a user (providing they have sufficient credit) to
send an SMS to one or more contacts, or to manually-entered numbers.

This feature should be incorporated into Kopete (at least as a front end) to
make the user experience more seamless, but importantly, to ensure that sent
SMS messages are logged into the users history (for the appropriate
metacontact).
