When using jabber transports, and one has another client already connected to
the jabber server with a higher priority, the transports won't connect. Once
the other client is disconnected or another client with a lower priority is
connected, kopete connects to the transports just fine. 


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
* Connect $CLIENT to your jabber server with transports with say priority 10
* Set kopete's priority for the connection to say 5
* connect to the jabber server


Actual Results:  
Not connecting to the transports

Expected Results:  
Connect to the transports :-)
