- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Kopete had to reconnect very frequently due to a flaky internet connection,
which it generally doesn't handle very well (losing state with individual
protocols, most prominently ICQ). Today it "handled" the situation by opening
80+ error dialogs (the contents of which I did not quite get as my system is a
little too slow for this kind of onslaught - I think it complained about yahoo)
and subsequently crashing.
I didn't (consciously) interact with kopete after starting it.
