I have a little bit similar problem which started after an upgrade to Kubuntu
10.10, all my accounts (Jabber, Facebook, ICQ) are OK, but after unknown amount
of time they all disappears and Kopete thinks there are none of them (and I
cannot receive messages anymore). I am going to remove configuration files (I
did nothing with them, this is not a problem caused by my mistake), maybe they
are incompatible with the previous version...
