Hi,

Kopete does not connect at all to Yahoo! Messenger in Kubuntu 9.10 with KDE
4.3.4.

I've tried everything I found at Google (most related pages are from the middle
of this year), but nothing works.

Kopete connects fine to the MSN Messenger protocol, though.

While PIdgin does connect to both, MSN and Yahoo! (tested under Windows XP
SP3).

I was having trouble with this. I decided to update my password (via Yahoo.com)
and was able to get access. I had to use the short form of my login name (no
@yahoo.com) but it finally let me in.
