moving systray icon

My kopete systray icon has position 3 for example, now if I get a new message
it moves to position 1 and after I clicked it (to open the message), it moves
to position 3 again.
Very confussing

Steps to Reproduce:
- get a new message, that does not popup automaticaly


Actual Results:  
- the systray icon moves to the 1. position

Expected Results:  
it shoud just be animated and not moving
