When I open <URL:tel:+48(22)2347999>, Kopete comes to front but otherwise
nothing happens.  Neither when I try to add a new contact to Kopete.
I would like it to dial the number using my modem (with a handset).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run <URL:tel:+48(22)2347999>.

Actual Results:  
1. Kopete launches.

Expected Results:  
1. Kopete should dial the number using my modem.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.31.12-0.2-desktop
Compiler: gcc
