[kopete-bugs] [Bug 228527] Activating the option "Animate on message with open chat" doesn't work like it used to in 4.3.4. Kopete's system tray icon doesn't animate anymore upon receiving new messages on open, unfocused/minimized chat windows.

I observe this behavior as well - no animated icon in tray for incoming
messages (Use message queue, Queue unread messages are checked). But only in
Gnome, Fluxbox etc. In KDE it works ok.

KDE: 4.4.1
OS: Gentoo amd64
