Summary: Memory leak when using multiple jabber accounts
Product: kopete
Version: unspecified
Platform: Ubuntu Packages
OS/Version: Linux
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: general
AssignedTo: kopete-bugs at kde.org
ReportedBy: asoliverez at gmail.com
Version: 1.0.0 (using KDE 4.4.1)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Ubuntu Packages
I recently added a second GTalk account to my configuration. I had my normal
gmail jabber account, then I added a second one which belongs to a company
which hosts its email in google.
After that, Kopete started leaking memory or at least it looks like that. If I
leave it on when I end my shift, I come back next morning to find Kopete is
taking over 1GB of RAM. At home, the opposite happens, I come back from work
and it's taking over 2GB (my home PC has more RAM).
It only started happening after adding this second account.
