When I configure notifications in Settings | Configure Notifications, they are
never triggered: no sound, no popup message, no taskbar entry modification, and
even run command not run.

It is also worth noticing that sound is actually working in Kopete, because
when I preview the sound in the notifications settings, it is working.

Custom notifications for a contact are not working either.


More about my config:
- I only have the History plugin enabled.
- I was having this problem with KDE 4.4.0 too.
- My window manager is not KDE, it is Fluxbox, I am just using some KDE apps
like Kopete.
- My Gentoo Use flags for kopete (defaults): addbookmarks autoreplace
