No matter what language the Kopete application is in, some chats will be in
English (LTR) and some in Hebrew/Arabic/Farsi (RTL). Therefore, when the user
selects RTL or LTR for the chat window's input field, after he presses Enter it
should stay how the user configured, not go back to the default.
