Kopete does not escape HTML entities such as brackets (<) in notifications.
If there's a notification "Darling<3 is now Available". Plasma will just
display "Darling" as notification.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Have somebody in your contact list with an opening HTML-bracket < in its
nickname.

Actual Results:  
The notification text "ends" right before the bracket.

Expected Results:  
Plasma notifications do parse HTML, so kopete should escape HTML entites with
&lt; and so on.
