I have realtek RTL8187 wireless card in my notebook and it works fine except
one thing - Kopete settings makes it turned off. Everytime I open Kopete
settings windows, it disables my wlan0 and the only solution is to restart.
Using Kopete does nothing bad to wlan. 
rfkill list before:1: phy0: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: no
And after opening settings in kopete:
phy0: Wireless LAN
        Soft blocked: no
        Hard blocked: yes

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
login to KDE, start kopete, open "settings" window

Actual Results:  
it makes wireless disabled.

Expected Results:  
to do nothing to my wireless
