See bug 233416. Looks like QtWebKit needs "file://" url, but QLabel (or some
other widget that KNotify use to show a message) doesn't! That's bad.

PS I tested in KDE SC 4.4.5 - plasma popups doesn't show images with
src="file://..." in it too - so it isn't a plasma bug.
