Just noticed it's exactly one year since I first filed this bug. I'm now
running openSUSE 11.3 and KDE 4.4.4, but still nothing when it comes to trying
to connect to Yahoo with Kopete.

I really like(d) this application and am very eager to use it again. I've also
spend hours browing the internet for a solution, and although I couldn't find,
I did find a lot of people with the same problem.

I'm eager to fix this thing! If someone could only tell me what to do, I'd be
more than willing to  spend time and energy on it. I have no programming
knowledge, but I consider myself to be a fairly experienced and knowledgeable
user with good learning capabilities.

Please help!
