skype protocol in kopete works correctly only if skype binary client is
configured in english language (see configuration tab in kopete skype protocol
properties)

it is normal, that skype protocol doesnt work, if you have configured other
than english language.

kopete skype protocol browse for all registred X windows and try find skype
webcam stream widget using regexp english window manager title. It is not
possible to check for all transtations of wm title, so only english language is
supported.
