Most of the kopete notifications don't work in fluxbox.

When the ICQ transport disconnects, I get a pop-up rectangle in the middle of
the screen telling me so. Nothing however happens when the Jabber transport
disconnects. Similarly I get no notification when somebody sends me a message
-- the tray icon is animated and the icon next to the contact changes, but no
pop-up on the screen or from the system tray.
