I'm not sure what you wanted to report.

Are you talking about one MSN account which you use at the same time on two
Kopete clients and when you do that the one Kopete disconnects and the other
one connects and after while it's the same just other way round.

IMHO if I got it correctly this should not happen for ICQ account because we
don't try to reconnect if we were disconnected by other client.
