module text effects ist configured to fade text color from HEX #333333 via
#444444 (and so on) to #888888 and backwards (to create some kind of wave
optic)
color is changed on every character/letter
now icq messages longer than 89 characters cannot be sent (appear in chat
window but with alert sign after message)
i tested it with msn protocol and there it works fine
if i deactivate the text effects plugin, long icq messages can be sent properly
