Installed from:    Gentoo Packages

If I push the 'Add Contact' button in Kopete, nothing happens. If I go
'File>Add Contact', nothing happens.
I have 1 contact which I added when initially setting up.
I have looked though the help but it always starts with after the add contact
dialog starts, which is not coming up at all.
I quit Kopete, restarted, no change.
