In KDE 4.3.4, if I activated the option "Animate on message with open chat"
under Behavior->Events, then whenever I received a new message on an existing,
unfocused/minimized chat window, Kopete's system tray icon would animate. 
Under the same scenario in KDE 4.3.5, Kopete's system tray icon does NOT
animate.

I rely on Kopete's system tray icon, instead of the taskbar, to notify me of
new messages on open chat windows, because I prefer to hide my taskbar to
minimize clutter.  As a result, with this bug, I am no longer notified whenever
I receive a new message on an open chat window.
