Whenever I open the settings in kopete it takes a few seconds (3-6) until the
dialog is displayed. This was not the case before KDE 4.4 (it opened instantly
running 4.3.4). However this only seems to happen the first time I open the
dialog, if I open it again a short time later it appears instantly.
