Summary is self-explanatory. Just click on settings, click "Configure" - a
blank window will open with no buttons or whatsoever in it. It can be resized
but nothing is in it. All other Kopete windows become unresponsive.

Changing widget style, window border style, turning off compositing doesn't
help. This is on a fresh ~/.kde config.
