I can confirm the bug.

The User Info window of a Facebook (Jabber) contact reports the following
error:
"Error: vCard could not be fetched correctly.
Check connectivity with the Jabber server."
On the contrary, the User Info window of a GTalk (Jabber) contact reports no
error.

Version:           1.0.0 (using KDE 4.4.0)
OS:                Linux
