Ok. I assigned Alt+Right for "Activate Next Tab" and Alt+Left for "Activate
Previous Tab" in Kopete's shortcut configuration, i.e., the same combination
already defined in systemconfig->Keyboard & mouse -> Standard Keyboard
Shortcuts for Back/Forward.

What happened then? When I tried to use those shortcuts right after setting
them in Kopete, a dialog appeared saying "ambiguous key combination" - I
suppose due to a conflict with the system settings definition. BUT after
restarting kopete, the shortcuts work properly. (BTW I think we're starting to
discuss another bug =P)
